We are working with a small group of pilot customers now. Rather than publish testimonials we do not have, this page explains what we measure, discloses our own first customer, and will fill up as results come in.

Manchester PC
Step Into AI is a trading name of Manchester PC Services Ltd, and Manchester PC is the first business running on the platform. We say that plainly because it would be misleading to present it as an unrelated client. It is a real operating environment with inbound enquiries, telephone calls, repair jobs, collections and returns, quotes, parts, invoicing, reviews and marketing, and it is where the configurable parts of the platform are proved before they reach customers.
What we will publish from it, as the data accumulates: calls received and missed before and after the receptionist, response times, enquiries captured, follow-ups sent, quotes recovered and reviews generated. What we will not do is present those numbers as if they came from a customer who chose us at arm's length. They are a founder's own business, and the pilot customers below are the independent test.
Early friendly businesses in kitchen design and installation provide a second test environment with materially different workflows. Their results will be published with permission when they are meaningful.

Calls received, missed before and after, and answered by the receptionist.
Response time
How long an enquiry waits before the customer hears back.
Enquiries captured
Enquiries that became a CRM record rather than a scrap of paper.
Follow-ups
Follow-up messages sent, replies received, quotes recovered.
Bookings
Appointments booked and no-shows before and after reminders.
Reactivations
Old customers who came back after a reminder.
Reviews
Reviews generated from automatic requests.
Time saved
Admin hours handed back to the team each week.
Each published case study will follow the same structure: the business situation, the problem, the existing process, how Step Into AI was configured, what changed, the measurable results, the limitations and context, and a customer quote only with permission.
